Winter Farm

We are a small organic farm in the Catskill Mountains of New York. The 10th Generation of our family to climb these stone walls and farm this soil.

As the old saying goes ....God made the world in seven days and on the eighth he threw rocks at the Catskills ;)

We offer pork from our pastured  KuneKune pigs and high quality breeding stock.
