How do we raise our animals?
In regards to raising…
All of our pork and poultry is pasture raised at our property on the Palmer Divide. We typically can pasture until the first snow in the fall and then supplement with a grass/alfalfa hay mixture through the winter. The animals are given a large variety of produce, spent grains from a local brewery.
Our cattle graze on property south Pueblo, CO and are given supplemental hay as well. Whether it be the poultry, pigs or the cattle none of the livestock are ever given antibiotics or hormones.

In Black Forest, CO – just outside of Colorado Springs, is where we raise our animals. Each one is given special attention and a little bit of love each and every day. It doesn’t get more wholesome than this. Real food, farm fresh, pasture raised.
